In 2020, I partnered with Wild Kat Yoga to create Yoga For The Wild. We lead once-in-a-lifetime retreat excursions throughout Africa that combine exciting safari adventures, a meditative yoga practice and the important work of environmental conservation.
What is Yoga For The Wild?
Kenya Safari & Conservation Yoga Retreat: June 2025
Ol Pejeta Conservancy is home to some of the most iconic and diverse wildlife in Kenya, With a focus on conservation and education, the conservancy is home to the last two Northern White Rhinos on our planet. Our retreats dive into the reasoning behind their push into extinction, as well as the ways everyone can be part of their turnaround. Expect unlimited game drives, wildlife interaction, conservation education, meeting the Ol Pejeta community and enjoy twice daily yoga classes in the bush with your hosts, Laura and Kat.
All proceeds from this retreat go to The Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
Our next installment of the Ol Pejeta retreat takes place 1st - 7th June 2025

Maldives Ocean Conservation Yoga Retreat
In November 2025 weβre boarding a private yacht in the Maldives and spending a week exploring the Northern atolls in search of manta rays, whale sharks, tropical reef fish, Hawkesbill turtles and so much more! Weβll practice yoga under the rising sun each morning, overlooking the ocean and spend our days cruising the warm Indian Ocean waters, snorkelling with the areaβs iconic megafauna, exploring quiet islands and lounging on forgotten sand banks.
This retreat is an active conservation participation retreat; weβll be working alongside The Manta Trust to identify and log any sightings and our dedicated biologist will be on board answering all our questions and guiding our adventure.
DATES: Sunday 2nd - Sunday 9th November (7 nights)
All proceeds from this retreat will go to The Manta Trust
